I don't know that answer other than draining it and refill. How many miles are on yours may be time for a fluid and filter change anyways.

@@darrenrodgers7273 I believe the first change is around 7500. So I would do the fluid and filter at the same time.
Super helpful, and very detailed video. Been a Mod Motor 4.6 guy/racer my whole life, and just recently added a 2018 F150 RCSB into the the mix with a with a Whipple onboard. Did new guides, primary chains, and tensioners at 80k miles during the process along with the intake/exhaust cam sensors.
Why didnt yoy guys show how to install the harmonic balancer pulley? Im just curious. It's been hell trying to find the best way to do this, with an install tool of course. Some say to heat the pulley up and cool the front seal, but that sounds sketchy
I am sorry we didn't. We normally just use an installer that pulls it on. we don't heat them up.
What e- book are you using for reference? How do i line up my clutches if i disassembled without marking it

Installing mine now. Just received yesterday and was pumped. Now i am doing install, and aluminum bushings are too small, not a press fit. Not happy. Will be contacting the company tomorrow to see if i can get an oversized bushing that will fit tightly into the leaf spring. Trying to research and see if anyone else has had this issue. In your video you just skipped over the only part i was looking for. Were your aluminum bushings tight in the leaf spring? Or did they just fall in?? Springs are only a couple months old, if that.
Yes they were a press fit. If the springs are only a couple months old that tells me they are not the original springs. Need to measure them and let the company know the size.
@@CompetitionAuto Yeah, they are aftermarket springs. Everything else installed fine. What a difference with the Caltracs installed. Feels great. I will contact the supplier for correct bushings. Took all the measurements last night. Thank you for the response.

Absolutely AWESOME video, very detailed with enough info to tackle a 10R80 to upgrade the clutches and CDF drum so the bushing won't slip

@CompetitionAuto great im having problems shifting under hard accelerations pushin 19lbs of boost supercharged 5.0 with 10r80 but now im going to use ur video to attempt to install McCloud cluch plates thanks for the video is there anything else u would recommend do u need to use a scan tool and relearn the transmission or is it good to go...
I think you only need to reprogram when changing to a new valve body. as for the relearn i would clear the tables and reset adaptive learning. It can be done with a cobb accessport/sct device or a code scanner.@@S2KCYA

There’s something wrong with your times did you take out the things out the intakes we got 4 mustangs in as going 11.8s to 11.6 pretty much stock
no matter how fast or slow it is, it cant outrun how ugly it is.
Need tuning to open up on them before we can get any real numbers.

Aren't the ECUs locked still? Or have they developed a work around so it's tunable like prior years
Or someone who knows how to at least stage a car in the beams without help smh
@@JonR35 still locked, ford is working with Whipple to tune. Ford authorizes the unlock but it only unlocks part of the ECU from what I understand. All these 2024 Whipple videos from what I understand is just fuel tables, spark timing and knock sensors. No redline increases, no trans tuning, nothing else. I’m not even sure they allow VCT control either.

I’m not sold on the dual throttle body setup on a single plenum. I mean my whipple supercharged truck uses a single 132mm throttle body.

I 100% doubt you are getting 590 rwhp. A dyno is a tuning tool, you can make it day anything.

TBH all you need is your body weight to mount radials on beadlocks, its how my boys all do it.Then off to balance she goes. Plus it prevent any chance of nicking what are 500-3500$ rims a pop
Sure you can do it with just body weight. But we like to secure the rim and to roll it on with the machine helps to keep from cutting the bead! some are lose and some are tight. This also holds the rim while we torque the bead lock bolts, Just our preference.
Does this power source exist on manual cars as well?
Yes I believe we have done the same on the manual cars.
